Here is the list of the commonly asked questions. If you don't find your answer here, contact our team and we'll be happy to help
What does a scan stand for?
A scan is used each time a user makes a request to our servers by visiting or refreshing your webAR experience's page
What happens when I run out of scans?
If you run out of scans your augmented reality projects will be temporarily unavailable to users, until you upgrade your plan or top up your scans limit
Do you have an option with unlimited scans?
The Unlimited plan allows you to import files from your own file server or cloud storage. In this case the scans and storage limits will not be applied to your webAR projects
What happens to my projects if I cancel my subscription?
If you choose to cancel your subscription, all the projects you created will remain on your account. However, the projects built with premium functionality will not be available to users until you renew your plan
Can I create a white-label solution on your platform?
Yes. The Unlimited plan allows you to add custom branding to your webAR experiences, including a splashcreen, a loader and a logo in the camera view. You can also connect a custom domain to personalize your webAR link or embed your augmented reality experience into an existing website.
What happens at the end of my free trial?
At the end of your free 14-day trial your account is automatically upgraded to the plan you were evaluating during the trial period. Cancel your subscription in the account settings before the end of your trial to avoid being charged
